Governor Mike Leavitt has been urging Utah's high school shop classes to build bobsleds in an effort to boost Olympic fever and has been participating in photo ops riding the bobsleds.  His feud with Attorney General Jan Graham over policymaking power, however, has overshadowed any of the governor's efforts.
